Roast Garlic,Onion and Balsamic Jam. I received some of this yummy as part of a hamper. Yesterday, I saw the new M&S advert and thought ‘I can do that’. Roast butternut, onions and cherry tomatoes, two tablespoons jam, Quorn Sausages (I’m vegetarian). Served on Basmati rice. Wow! Brilliant taste. Thanks. Gina.

Met Claire at the show in Windermere and was able to taste a few of her products. The best of which for me was the home made lemon curd, Wow! Best lemon curd I have ever tasted..good thing Claire does mail order…
