All the flavour of sun ripened sweet red cherries make this jam irresistible. Fantastic stirred into natural yoghurt or gently warmed through and used as a topping on ice cream. Makes a great filling for tarts and sponges. Almost all of the stones are removed – but the odd one may remain as they are very hard to spot!
